What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to mobile and white-label mobile apps.
- Handle customer tickets promptly to ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding the status and resolution of their inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in LATAM
- Proven experience in a technical support or product solution role within a mobile environment.
- Solid understanding of mobile application fundamentals.
- Proficiency in agile methodology and experience working in agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Familiarity with various customer support tools and ticketing systems.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
