What you will do

• Own the architectural roadmap and delivery of Agentic infrastructure, core orchestration layers, and memory architectures.
• Design and deploy scalable, multi-modal AI agents for autonomous support and real-time voice reasoning.
• Act as a technical anchor for the organization, mentoring senior peers and defining technical standards for an AI-native SDLC.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied Research to align technical execution with long-term business strategy.
• Implement emerging agent frameworks, LLM inference optimization, and cutting-edge safety/policy guardrails.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Strong background in scaling distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in LLM platforms, inference optimization, and fine-tuning strategies.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in AI Ops, including evaluation, observability, and safety frameworks for production systems.
• Must be based in the US.
