Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800 per month

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end shipment process from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage and supervise staff, subcontractors, and part-time personnel to ensure operational standards.
• Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and ensure daily banking procedures.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve requests and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain inventory control and minimize risks of damaged or missing parcels.
• Act as hub manager when necessary and perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Ability to manage teams and handle operational inventory.
• Commitment to safety and quality management system standards.
