What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, including RFP development, vendor negotiations, and tactical execution.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accuracy in reporting and data usage.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and serve as the primary point of contact for media activations.
• Collaborate on media strategy and encourage integration between media and creative teams.
• Mentor Assistant Buyers, providing feedback and guidance to support their professional growth.
• Ensure smooth campaign launches across digital (Display, Audio, Video), Search, Social, and traditional channels.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a media investment or buying role across online and offline channels.
• Proficiency with media tools such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, and Tableau.
• Strong project management skills, including trafficking, pacing, and vendor communication.
• Must be based in or near New York City to support the hybrid work model.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate media strategies and mentor junior team members.
