What you will do

• Own and scale enterprise CI/CD pipelines using orchestration tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CI, ArgoCD) and GitOps/progressive delivery practices.
• Architect developer self-service platforms with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation frameworks for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage cloud-native infrastructure on Azure and AWS, driving Kubernetes adoption and advanced configuration (service mesh, Cilium/Calico, OPA/Gatekeeper).
• Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs and establish observability using metrics, distributed tracing, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Dynatrace).
• Integrate DevSecOps into pipelines (dependency scanning, image hardening, secrets management) and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Design and validate multi-region, multi-cloud disaster recovery with automated failover testing, runbooks, and 24/7 on-call incident response support.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with cloud platforms: Azure and AWS required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, service mesh, and containerized deployments at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Terragrunt) and configuration management.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming for automation and tooling: Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD best practices, including GitOps workflows and progressive delivery (canary, blue/green).
• Experience with observability and incident management using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Dynatrace.

• Base salary range: $130,000–$223,700/year (incentive eligible).
