What you will do

• Build real software, internal tools, and prototypes using frontier AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
• Produce high-quality content including videos, posts, and playbooks that document your builds and workflows.
• Lead AI workshops, hackathons, and leadership enablement sessions for hirify.global customers.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights for founders and enterprise leaders.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI models and tools to maintain a sharp point of view on industry shifts.
• Establish a consistent cadence of build-content-workshop to grow hirify.global's market presence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of shipping production-ready code using AI tools.
• Strong portfolio of technical content that demonstrates an ability to teach and explain complex concepts.
• Deep understanding of the current AI landscape, including specific tools and workflows.
• Experience leading technical workshops or training sessions for non-technical audiences.
• Operational discipline to manage multiple workstreams including coding, content production, and customer engagements.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City five days a week.
