What you will do

• Own the product voice across all touchpoints, including in-app flows, onboarding, and member communications.
• Collaborate upstream with Product Design, Product, and Clinical teams to shape the full user experience.
• Define and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency across surfaces and contributors.
• Utilize data-informed iteration, including A/B testing and member feedback, to improve content performance.
• Design content for agentic experiences, ensuring clarity when systems perform complex tasks.
• Raise the standard of copy org-wide through editorial review and proactive edge-case identification.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX writing or product copywriting experience, ideally in consumer health or complex-product contexts.
• Must be based in the US.
• Fluency across various copy types, from in-product flows to campaign headlines.
• Strong instinct for voice and tone calibration, particularly for sensitive health information.
• Active experience with AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate ideation and iteration.
• Proficiency working directly in Figma and managing concurrent projects independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating range and quality in product content design.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical terminology and regulatory constraints in clinical tech.
• Deep understanding of LLM language generation and how to work with AI-native content.
