What you will do

• Craft and iterate UX copy and microcopy to optimize user engagement and comprehension.
• Design AI-driven conversational experiences and refine system prompts for in-product features.
• Conduct content audits and research to ensure consistency across digital products.
• Develop and maintain best-practice documentation and guidelines for designers and product managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and PMs to define user needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Content Designer or UX Writer in a fast-paced tech company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web UI copy, information architecture, and conversation design.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluent English (outstanding grammar and spelling) required.
• Experience working with localisation teams and usability testing tools.
