Frontend Engineer (Observability)

TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (Observability): Developing and iterating on the user interface for the hirify.global Insights product with an accent on data-intensive UX and rapid prototyping. Focus on building scalable frontend architecture and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver a seamless developer experience for API monitoring.

Location: Must be based in the US, with a preference for candidates able to work from hubs in San Francisco, Boston, New York, or Austin. Role is onsite 5 days a week.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 OTE

What you will do

• Develop new capabilities for the hirify.global Insights product with a focus on frontend UX.
• Prototype, experiment, and iterate on core product features on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to spec, build, and deliver features.
• Contribute to frontend architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Write efficient, high-quality code to support rapid product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience.
• Must be based in the US with substantial overlap with Pacific Time Zone.
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and TypeScript.
• Track record of delivering substantial projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills for a distributed engineering environment.
