What you will do

• Break down complex infrastructure and onboarding goals into granular, daily actionable tasks.
• Drive accountability across internal and external technical teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, including discovery, scoping, and endpoint deployment.
• Proactively identify and manage project dependencies and risks to prevent timeline slippage.
• Validate technical tasks such as cloud migrations and network setups before client sign-off.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status reporting to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dedicated project management experience specifically within an MSP or IT Services environment.
• Proven track record managing client onboarding, M365 migrations, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity implementations.
• Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM), dependency mapping, and multi-project resource scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage or Autotask.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT.
