TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Oxford, UK (On-site role). Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

An independent video game developer and publisher with 30 years of experience, known for the Sniper Elite series and Atomfall, also operating in film, board games, and comics.
What you will do
- Design multi-platform UI solutions for various input devices.
- Collaborate with Design and UI Art teams to create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Define and solve complex UX problems through iterative research and feedback.
- Implement UI solutions in-engine using visual scripting toolsets.
- Champion usability and accessibility standards across projects.
- Assist with optimization and debugging to resolve issues raised by testers.
Requirements
- Permanent right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar UI/UX role.
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, UX methodology, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Portfolio showing visual design skills including hierarchy, typography, and composition.
- Experience championing the player perspective and reducing cognitive load.
- Willingness to learn visual scripting tools like Unreal or Unity UMG.
