TL;DR

What you will do
- Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web to ensure consistency and usability.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate micro-interactions and user flows to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product direction using UX insights and performance metrics.
- Own the full design lifecycle from early concept development through execution and iteration based on impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 2+ years in product-focused companies.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact, redesigns, and results from experimentation.
- Strong experience designing B2C digital products in a senior capacity.
- Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
- English: B2+ or higher required.
- Location: Must be based in Poland.
