What you will do

• Contribute to frontend and backend development for the platform using Python, TypeScript, and Go.
• Develop and support the open-source SDK to help developers integrate with hirify.global’s platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to ship features and fix bugs that improve the experience for AI engineers and researchers.
• Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance, scalability, testing, and continuous integration.
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and continuous learning to grow full-stack capabilities.

Requirements

• Location: Remote (USA)
• Some experience with Python and/or TypeScript, with interest in growing in a full-stack role.
• Strong frontend and backend web development knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks; React, Express, FastAPI, Pydantic).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and collaborate with developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go or other strict-type languages.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, distributed computing, or containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Open-source contributions and prior projects demonstrating full-stack experience.
