What you will do

• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions.
• Analyze and handle complex "not in good order" transactions and service requests.
• Manage incoming and outbound phone calls from members and field professionals.
• Collaborate with service teams to manage workflow and provide functional coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and state/federal regulatory standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with the clearing firm and internal business units.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and regulatory requirements).
• High School diploma with 1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Brokerage industry, with a focus on Account Transfers.
