Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Omni Commerce accounts to drive retention and platform adoption.
- Lead executive-level client engagements, including strategic business reviews and stakeholder alignment, with full autonomy.
- Serve as a senior expert on Omni Commerce operations, including digital shelf health, buy-box management, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and refine onboarding playbooks and internal SOPs to scale the Omni Commerce offering.
- Act as the primary conduit between customers and the Product team to shape the Omni Commerce roadmap.
- Mentor peers to elevate the team's overall strategic account management and commerce fluency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, commerce operations, or account management within retail and eCommerce.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Walmart and Target omnichannel operations is required.
- Proven ability to independently lead strategic, executive-level client relationships at enterprise CPG or large brand organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience translating commerce performance insights into executive-level presentations.
- Experience developing scalable frameworks or operational processes in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience with Amazon and other Omni retailers.
- Prior experience with the platform.
- Familiarity with retail media platforms and their interaction with commerce signals.
