What you will do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to ensure customers achieve their business goals and measurable ROI.
  • Lead strategy sessions to implement innovative SMS marketing best practices.
  • Drive adoption of new and existing product features to maximize platform value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address technical issues and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance the quality of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada
  • 4+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex workflows and adopt AI-powered tools.
  • Proven understanding of e-commerce businesses and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
