Senior Program Manager (Federal IT)

What you will do

• Manage O&M teams for production applications and coordinate with COR, CO, and technical teams.
• Oversee CDRL deadlines, monthly progress reporting, and vacancy tracking.
• Track risks, issues, and actions while coordinating release schedules.
• Lead transition-in and transition-out planning for federal contracts.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act training, and cybersecurity accreditation.
• Facilitate stakeholder briefings and incident escalation processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States due to federal contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing federal contracts or task orders, preferably in Health IT.
• Experience with DHA, MHS, VA, CMS, or DoD health systems.
• Proven ability to manage systems involving PII, PHI, and cybersecurity accreditation.
• Experience managing agile sustainment, balancing production support and sprint work.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe, ITIL 4, CISSP, or Security+ certifications.
• Experience with HIPAA/Privacy training.
