• Lead the Intermediary Wealth business partnering team to shape commercial success.
• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Assess operating models and unit costs to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate across platforms to ensure accountability and interlock between divisions.
• Communicate financial and key management results to senior leaders and Executives.
• Drive commercial value from key projects and track the delivery of benefits.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant or actuary.
• 5+ years of experience driving commercial results through deep financial expertise.
• 5+ years of strong business partnering capability across various divisions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and supporting small teams.
• Proven ability to provide constructive challenge to support robust decision-making.
• Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling to build insightful MI.
