What you will do

• Own the partner platform onboarding roadmap, operational governance, and core processes.
• Define and deliver program strategies to manage tradeoffs and maximize value.
• Set and track KPIs, producing regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation for partner systems and standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve partner systems and services.
• Support operations teams with incident investigations and resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA.
• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• 4+ years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to write custom SQL queries for large data set analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project management software.
• Experience coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Operations or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Mirakl, Oracle CRM, or similar eCommerce SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of catalog taxonomy and product launch processes.
