What you will do
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques to real-world product and platform challenges including code generation and static analysis.
- Partner with product engineers, DevOps, and the Developer Platform team to integrate AI-driven workflows.
- Translate proven AI techniques into reusable platform services, SDKs, and frameworks.
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as codebase modernization and CI/CD workflow automation.
- Mentor engineers on the effective and responsible use of AI in day-to-day development.
- Contribute to the technical strategy for AI integration into the developer platform and product delivery roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership across squads.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in backend (Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go) or frontend/mobile technologies.
- Demonstrated success using AI tools for engineering productivity like automated test authoring or intelligent refactoring.
- Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or MCP.
- Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and developer platform tooling.
- Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.
