What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of CIAM and IAM solutions for customer and workforce identity use cases.
• Define reference architectures, technical standards, and integration patterns using protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Architect identity-enabled applications and workflows, including onboarding, MFA, and account recovery processes.
• Drive decisions for identity data models, directory strategy, and attribute governance across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate and improve identity platforms to reduce technical debt while ensuring scalability and auditability.
• Produce architecture documentation and lead design reviews to align delivery with security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience architecting or leading implementations for CIAM/IAM platforms.
• Expertise in platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, or Salesforce.
• Required certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Okta Certified Administrator).

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures and modern software engineering practices like CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools for productivity and code generation.
