What you will do

• Architect and lead the development of an AI-first coding platform.
• Design systems where AI agents and developers collaborate in real time.
• Build agentic systems capable of autonomous task planning, code writing, testing, and application deployment.
• Integrate LLMs (specifically Claude) into production workflows and design tool-use (function calling) layers.
• Implement strategies for long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops.
• Define the architecture for scalable, distributed AI systems hosted on AWS.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
• Proven track record of building or designing AI/agentic systems.
• Deep understanding of LLM integrations, function calling, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and complex cloud-native architectures.
• Strong background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience building developer platforms or AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor).
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.
• Background in DevOps automation or CI/CD pipelines powered by AI.
• Exposure to product-led engineering environments.
