What you will do

• Execute sample testing of quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with financial crimes operational risk requirements.
• Support the Centralized Governance & Controls (CG&C) AML testing program covering AML/CTF, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery.
• Perform process deep-dives to evaluate the adequacy of risk mitigations and identify assurance testing needs.
• Develop robust workpaper documentation to support audit and testing results.
• Provide specialized governance and control advice to management and leadership teams.
• Lead the implementation of governance initiatives to align with broader business and functional strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in risk, control, or AML environments.
• Demonstrated experience in testing, auditing, or QA of AML processes (e.g., CIP, KYC profile reviews).
• Proven ability to document testing results and draft formal audit write-ups.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC, USA.
