What you will do

• Audit completed verification reports for identity and entity matching, field completeness, and data reasonableness.
• Perform QA reviews on manual-source verifications (email, fax, phone) to ensure adherence to outreach cadences and professional standards.
• Utilize Internal Validator tools to confirm required fields and flag illogical data patterns.
• Document QA outcomes (pass, soft fail, hard fail, warning) with cited evidence for rapid correction.
• Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription leadership to resolve discrepancies and coach teams to standard work.
• Support SLA and KPI attainment by reviewing queued items and escalating risks on time-sensitive cases.

Requirements

• Experience with or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, lending, or HR operations.
• Knowledge of verification workflows, manual outreach methods, and transcription best practices.
• High attention to detail with structured note-taking and professional written communication skills.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish between soft and hard failures and recommend corrections.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location.
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling.
