What you will do

• Perform direct accounting work on key financial statement line items including Cash, Accounts Payable, and Inventory.
• Research basic and intermediate accounting topics and present initial analysis to senior team members.
• Participate in outsourced accounting services for a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver quality products within predetermined deadlines.
• Learn the complete life cycle of accounting through hands-on experience and training.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS/BA/MS degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Intent to graduate with the qualifying number of units to sit for the CPA exam.
• 1-2 years of applicable work or internship experience, preferably in a bookkeeping or accountant role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, bill.com, Expensify, Concur).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
