Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil (2-3 times/week)

What you will do

• Architect and evolve the global TPRM model, including qualification methodologies and control frameworks.
• Govern the development of an AI-powered vendor qualification platform, focusing on process design and human validation.
• Lead the expansion of the TPRM framework into new geographies, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent TPRM as a 2nd Line of Defense function before global regulators and auditors.
• Monitor critical third parties using Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and execute internal control testing.
• Maintain the global TPRM RACI to ensure clear roles and responsibilities across business areas and procurement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in third-party risk management and familiarity with established risk frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in highly ambiguous contexts.
• Familiarity with AI applied to risk management, including human-in-the-loop process design.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority across different business areas and geographies.
• Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to proposing evidence-based solutions.
