What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead cycle counts according to ABC schedules.
• Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring compliance with packaging and regulatory requirements.
• Manage shipping manifests and dangerous goods paperwork for hazardous materials.
• Process transfer orders and invoices within the SAP R/3 MRP system.
• Ensure all international shipments meet trade compliance and import/export regulations.
• Lead training for staff on warehouse competencies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping department operations.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with SAP R/3 and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Understanding of import/export trade regulations.
• Must be based in Stillwater, Minnesota.
