What you will do

  • Stress test ROI models for new product launches and policy changes to validate loss absorption and revenue-offset calculations.
  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks that connect incremental loss exposure to incremental revenue.
  • Evaluate vendor cost decisions to ensure spend delivers measurable risk reduction or revenue impact.
  • Act as the primary analytical bridge between Risk Policy, Risk Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Deliver pre-quantified impact analyses to support committee-level decision-making.
  • Develop scalable, reusable frameworks to reduce analytical lift for recurring risk portfolio decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk analytics or financial analysis within financial services or fintech.
  • Exceptional quantitative accuracy and precision in financial modeling.
  • Deep expertise in loss forecasting, P&L dynamics, and ROI frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY

Nice to have

  • Experience with fraud economics or credit risk policy.
  • Background working within a CRO or CFO organization.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or internal stress testing methodologies.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and cloud data platforms.
