TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design scalable software solutions that align with business objectives and departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different sites to make high-level design decisions.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of robust and innovative HR technology products.
  • Translate business objectives and complex challenges into detailed technical requirements and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead.
  • Strong background in software development with proficiency in C#, .NET, and Java.
  • Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, modeling tools, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, databases, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools effectively to accelerate architecture and development workflows.
  • Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kotlin or Scala.
  • Expertise in event-driven architecture.
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience.
  • A track record of successful project delivery.
