What you will do
- Act as the senior technical point of contact, leading strategic customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts.
- Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s DLP solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions.
- Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues and escalations.
- Design, review, and oversee ad-hoc technical solutions and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve internal workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role) in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) domain.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers/architects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence and trust.
- Strong cloud understanding and experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL).
Nice to have
- Background as a software developer.
- Strong understanding of DLP solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working on or supporting security-focused SaaS platforms.
