What you will do

• Manage maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-volume manufacturing tools.
• Identify and reduce recurrent machine faults to improve tool utilization and availability.
• Source and install new equipment while developing maintenance specifications.
• Analyze equipment performance data to resolve recurring failures and reduce scrap.
• Train technicians and peers on equipment operation and problem-solving.
• Lead cross-functional and lean activity teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering or a relevant field of study.
• 7-10 years of experience in equipment engineering within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Akrion SCP9400, Akrion GAMA, Screen WS-821L, Semitool Raider, or similar wet benches/scrubber tracks.
• Strong ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data.
• Demonstrated presentation skills for training and reporting complex technical issues.
• Competence in troubleshooting and applying logical isolation techniques.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing methods.
