What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex semiconductor systems.
• Analyze diagnostic data to identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical problems and ensure system uptime.
• Train customer staff on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Document service activities and ensure seamless handoffs to support teams.
• Plan service tasks, including parts management and customer scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.
• Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Eagan, MN, including clean room environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) and work flexible schedules.
