What you will do

• Provide client service management and operational support to sales teams.
• Manage cash balances, asset transfers, and liquidity for PWM clients.
• Lead the new account onboarding process and maintain client static data.
• Execute, process, and reconcile market trades and investment transactions.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors and Investment Management product groups.
• Oversee client reporting and digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant apprenticeship.
• 1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high ethical standards.
• Ability to work onsite in Geneva.
