A single-family office is looking for one person to manage the full picture of a private family's affairs, across banking, healthcare, property, travel, and immigration.
This is a coordination role with genuine authority, not a task-execution role. You'll report directly to the Principal.

What you'll own:
- Banking across multiple jurisdictions, accounts, KYC, RM relationships, insurance
- Medical coordination for a family member: specialists, home care, cross-border medication logistics
- Property and vehicle fleet management across jurisdictions
- Household budget, monthly cash flow tracking, and reconciliation
- Complex international travel, private and commercial
- All document and compliance deadlines (passports, permits, tax), proactively, before anyone asks

What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years in private banking, family office, UHNWI advisory, or medical coordination
- Experience managing personal affairs directly for a HNW/UHNW principal, not just investment accounts
- Structured thinker who delivers recommendations, not option dumps
- Russian, fluent (required)
- English, fluent, including written (required)
- Italian, fluent (required; Ticino-based role)
- Swiss residency and CH tax knowledge: a real advantage
