What you will do

• Manage global custodian and cash correspondent relationships through regular service reviews and due diligence.
• Negotiate fees and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Oversee contracts and implement necessary documentation for network relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Trading, Compliance) to optimize front-to-back processes.
• Provide internal advisory on market custody rules and account opening requirements.
• Monitor market trends and disseminate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Network Management, Financial Institutions, or Relationship Management within a banking environment.
• Knowledge of custody operations, market rules, and cash operations.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with a structured working style.
