What you will do

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to maximize coverage efficiency and coordinate product evaluations.
• Support pre-sales lead generation and act as the clinical lead for post-sale implementation and customer training.
• Establish professional relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers to support the use of company products.
• Travel to meet clients, identify clinical needs, and demonstrate how products help achieve patient care goals.
• Resolve customer complaints with urgency and deliver clinical presentations at trade shows and seminars.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and stay updated on clinical and market trends in the sleep/cardio domain.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Cardiovascular, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in medical devices, preferably in the sleep field.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.
• Proven track record in providing clinical and relationship management support to physicians and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and minimum 2 years of experience with CRM or Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
