What you will do

• Own the technical health and quality of existing and new AI-powered features.
• Design and deliver large-scale data applications utilizing LLMs and AI tools to enhance product delivery.
• Coordinate release cycles, sprint planning, and execution while managing project scope.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SaaS teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize algorithms and implement AI-driven product features to improve overall system performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.
• 5+ years of full stack software development experience, including design patterns and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres databases, and AWS ECS.
• Experience incorporating AI technologies, such as LLMs, into existing software products.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Kanban, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Nice to have

• Strong front-end experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.
• Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
• Proven experience deploying AI models or machine learning algorithms in production environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven DevOps tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Windsurf.
