Product Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Take full product ownership of an internal IT tool for material flow management in a waste-to-energy environment.
• Lead development phases, including the expansion of functionality and implementation of advanced reporting and analytics.
• Align with key stakeholders, business users, and project sponsors to define priorities and deliver business value.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to budget, business needs, and technical constraints.
• Define requirements and user stories, performing Product Owner and Business Analyst duties as needed.
• Coordinate with development teams and demonstrate product increments to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in IT/Tech.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager.
• Advanced English and German (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Germany, Poland, or Croatia.
• Availability for occasional travel to Germany.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Energy or Sustainability.
• Technical background.
