What you will do

• Perform ordinary maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and conditioning systems according to established schedules.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly facility checklist audits to ensure operational standards.
• Maintain and clean air conditioning filters and other critical HVAC components.
• Resolve immediate room-level technical issues, such as replacing bulbs or repairing furniture and washbasins.
• Manage hotel warehouses and coordinate with external technical suppliers.

Requirements

• Great knowledge of the Italian language.
• Proficiency in electric, mechanic, hydraulic, painting, and carpentry work.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and organize priorities efficiently.
• Excellent manual skills and the ability to respect strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one specific field: electric, hydraulic, or air conditioning.
