What you will do

• Build and maintain production-grade Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript applications, including dashboards and chat surfaces.
• Design and ship performant data visualizations for time series and KPIs using ECharts.
• Craft AI/agent UX featuring streaming "thinking" traces and multi-step agent progress.
• Own and extend the design system, including design tokens, reusable components, and accessibility.
• Implement light fullstack glue using Node/Express or Python/FastAPI to integrate LLM/agent backends.
• Ensure codebase health through strict typing, linting, and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or Colombia
• 3+ years of experience building production web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Next.js (App Router), SSR/CSR trade-offs, and modern data fetching.
• Strong command of CSS and Tailwind for creating pixel-faithful, responsive UIs.
• Experience with data visualization and charting libraries to make dense information legible.
• Ability to stand up and consume APIs using Node/Express or Python/FastAPI.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native UX (copilots, RAG interfaces, streaming UIs).
• Experience building or maintaining a design system or component library.
• Domain exposure to Fintech or payments (acceptance rates, routing, PSPs).
• Skill in animation and motion craft using Framer Motion or CSS transitions.
• Experience working with AI coding agents.
