What you will do

• Architect and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem that hosts various operational modules for the CX team.
• Design and implement secure intermediary layers to aggregate data and enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC).
• Establish technical patterns, templates, and scaffolding to improve developer experience and minimize regressions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build technical solutions that reduce handling times and cognitive load.
• Mentor the engineering team by championing best practices in frontend architecture and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher required for clear technical communication.
• Deep understanding of React internals, rendering lifecycles, and advanced hooks.
• Proven track record of designing scalable frontend solutions, including routing ecosystems and state management at scale.
• Strong capability to design secure API integration layers using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Git strategies, CI/CD for frontends, and bundling optimizations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Core Frontend, Platform Enablement, or Developer Tools teams.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
• Real-world experience with distributed frontend architectures and complex Monorepo setups.
• Background in highly regulated sectors like Fintech or Healthcare.
