What you will do

• Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium- to high-complexity frontend applications.
• Participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements, architecture, and priorities.
• Promote industry standards, tools, and practices such as DevOps to ensure well-engineered software products.
• Review development team members' work and provide constructive feedback.
• Apply AI to the SDLC through workflows, agents, skills, spec-driven development, and agentic tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Cali, Colombia
• 6+ years of web development experience.
• Experience with Vue.js, Vuex, ES6, and Vue 3 features including Composition API.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and frontend performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices including server-side rendering and client-side hydration.
• B2+ English proficiency.
