What you will do

• Advance the security engineering roadmap by improving detection and response capabilities across cloud and infrastructure platforms.
• Lead offensive security initiatives, including threat hunting activities and the maturity of the purple team program.
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre to provide technical leadership and mentor analysts.
• Contribute to the AI security roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies to improve business protection.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate security processes and enhance overall system visibility.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in security engineering and operations with the ability to handle complex technical escalations.
• Strong technical foundation in enterprise infrastructure, including networking, operating systems, DNS, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud environments such as Azure, Entra ID, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in threat hunting, incident response, adversary emulation, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of strategic initiatives.
• Must be based in the UK, Germany, France, or Luxembourg.
