What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products aligned with the mission and goals of federal customers.
• Collaborate with client product owners to shape the product vision and adopt iterative, outcome-driven workflows.
• Develop strategic artifacts, including roadmaps and success metrics, to instill a shared purpose.
• Advocate for user needs and apply lean methods when setting priorities and managing tradeoffs.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to team members and the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated mastery of Agile/SAFe methodologies and best practices.
• Expert proficiency in Jira configuration, dependency tracking, and backlog management.
• Must be eligible to work on US federal government projects.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with the Databricks platform.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML deployment, including LLMs, RAG, vector indexing, and AI observability.
• Ability to create technical documentation and test systems directly with engineering teams.
