Marketing Operations Intern (12-month Internship) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support software administration, user permissions, basic platform troubleshooting, and standard operating procedure documentation.
• Maintain marketing database hygiene through contact deduplication, list segmentation, data cleanup, and tagging.
• Help build marketing dashboards and troubleshoot basic automated workflows.
• Track expenditures, log vendor invoices, and reconcile monthly spending against campaign budgets.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets, and standard data formulas.
• Strong attention to detail when handling data, documentation, and processes.
• Interest in B2B marketing technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gong.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Relevant marketing technology certifications.
