What you will do

• Redesign budgeting and forecasting processes using AI-assisted workflows and automation to reduce manual work.
• Lead core commercial planning cycles, including budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Parcels business.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Data Science teams to ensure robust planning foundations.
• Analyze market performance, customer demand, and sales trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct commercial deep dives into revenue, margin, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Support the improvement of the planning rhythm through better reporting and governance.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial planning, demand planning, finance, or a similar commercially focused role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large statistical forecasting models.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve budgeting and analytical processes.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies (time series, regression, seasonality) and accuracy metrics (MAPE, WAPE, RMSE).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, SQL, Python, or Apps Script.
