What you will do
- Redesign budgeting and forecasting processes using AI-assisted workflows and automation to reduce manual work.
- Lead core commercial planning cycles, including budgeting and rolling forecasts for the Parcels business.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Data Science teams to ensure robust planning foundations.
- Analyze market performance, customer demand, and sales trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conduct commercial deep dives into revenue, margin, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- Support the improvement of the planning rhythm through better reporting and governance.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial planning, demand planning, finance, or a similar commercially focused role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large statistical forecasting models.
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve budgeting and analytical processes.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies (time series, regression, seasonality) and accuracy metrics (MAPE, WAPE, RMSE).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
