What you will do

• Partner with customers to analyze business processes and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Advise customers on best practices and optimal solution setups.
• Analyze workflows and provide recommendations for process optimization.
• Collaborate with the global Professional Services organization to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Experience working with cloud-based or SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar.
• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and structured approach to managing several priorities in parallel.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, AP automation, P2P, or accounting processes.
• Previous experience as an Implementation or Application Consultant.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Project management experience.
