What you will do

• Receive, enter, and process prescriptions following company protocols.
• Initiate refill requests to prescribers and handle inbound/outbound calls with patients and doctors.
• Execute order fulfillment, including filling and shipping prescriptions.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the Customer Experience team to resolve open orders.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with State and Federal laws.

Requirements

• P1-P4 pharmacy students only.
• Active Intern Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (good standing and unrestricted).
• Strong command of the English language.
