What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic techniques and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and other regulatory agencies.
• Review prescriptions for admixing and dispensing while resolving order discrepancies.
• Supervise IV technicians and interns, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs and perform quality control functions.
• Maintain inventory, troubleshoot equipment, and foster positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required.
• Valid Pharmacist license required.
• 4–6 years of related professional experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Woburn, MA.
• Availability for a part-time schedule (24 hours/week) including rotating weekends.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
