What you will do

• Ship high-quality user-facing features end-to-end across the Cards domain.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, architectural tradeoffs, and execution.
• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of Cards systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineering leadership to influence product decisions.
• Identify gaps in engineering practices and propose improvements to enhance developer experience.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Solid fundamentals in relational databases and PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in the LATAM region.
• Proficiency in English for clear technical and non-technical communication.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of projects in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups.
• Familiarity with Next.js and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience with non-relational databases and understanding of database design tradeoffs.
